Privacy notice — pilot waitlist

This notice explains how we handle the personal data you give us when you join the Hawkeye pilot waitlist. We only collect what we need, and we only use it for the waitlist.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Kestrel Life Sciences Limited, which provides and operates this service.

To add before launch: registered company address, an ICO registration reference (if applicable), and a contact email for data queries (e.g. privacy@kestrelsciences.co.uk).

What we collect

Your email address (required), and optionally your name, whether you’re a home seller or an agent, and a town or postcode. We also record the date, time and IP address of your sign-up and confirmation as a record of your consent.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use it solely to contact you about the Hawkeye pilot and to manage the waitlist. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming via the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing. It’s held on our own hosting. We use a bot-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the sign-up form to keep out spam; this processes limited technical data to confirm you’re a real person.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until the pilot ends or you ask us to remove it, whichever is sooner, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just reply to any of our emails or use the contact address above. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Withdrawing consent

Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to remove you at any point. We’ll delete your details promptly.
